The limited warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable; namely, it applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase will therefore be required with any warranty claim and that claim is between the dealer from whom the product was purchased and the customer with whom they have a contract of sale.
