The limited warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable; namely, it applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase will therefore be required with any warranty claim and that claim is between the dealer from whom the product was purchased and the customer with whom they have a contract of sale. The customer must have purchased a genuine product of Oxford Products Ltd from an authorised reseller to receive full technical support. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges.
