Mott Motorcycles Ltd provides a basic warranty in line with your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means that the product must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described at the time of purchase. If the product develops a fault within the legally required timeframes, we will work with you to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. This warranty does not extend beyond the minimum protections required by law and does not constitute a full manufacturer warranty. It covers only faults that were present or developing at the time of supply and does not include wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or routine maintenance items. If you develop an issue with your order, please contact us in the first instance and we will always do our best to assist, guide you through the process, and help identify the most appropriate solution. Please note that some manufacturers may offer their own warranty schemes which may provide longer or more comprehensive cover than the basic protection offered by us. Where available, we strongly recommend referring to the manufacturer’s official warranty terms and website, as they will take precedence over this notice. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.
