Returns Policy (Online Purchases Only)
This policy applies only to items purchased through our online shop.
If you bought an item in-store, please refer to our in-store policy.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to cancel, and state why.

Once your return has been agreed, you must return the item within 14 days.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return by:

Logging into your online account and selecting the order you wish to return; or

Clicking the “Returns” link in your order confirmation email; or

Please have your order number ready when you contact us.
Return Postage

Unless there is a fault or an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using an insured and trackable postal service.

Please keep proof of postage, items lost or damaged in transit are the buyer’s responsibility.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:

Unused and in original packaging.

Complete with all tags, labels, leaflets, and accessories.

Free from writing, tape, or stickers on the packaging.
- Must have our authenticity markers attached.
You may handle the goods only as you would in a retail shop.
If items show signs of use or excessive handling, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Items Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Personalised or made-to-order items
- Special orders (an item we have specially ordered for your requirement which we would not normally stock)

Sealed products (such as base layers, earplugs, aerosols or fluids) that have been opened or used

Software, media, or electrical items once unsealed
Special Order Items
Items marked “Special Order” mean that we must order them directly from a supplier.

These items may take up to 7 working days for delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations on these, unless faulty.
We will always contact you within 1 working day if a Special Order item is out of stock or delayed.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives:

We’ll help arrange collection, inspection, or a replacement where applicable.
Packaging & Proof of Authenticity
Many products are discreetly marked or tagged for authenticity.
Please do not remove any tags or labels until you’re sure you’ll keep the item.
If packaging or tags are missing or defaced, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the reduced resale value.

Shipping Information
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only.
If you are based in the Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering — additional delivery charges and lead times may apply.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day (Tuesday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Please allow an extra working day during busy periods or in case of courier delays outside our control.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Methods

Orders over £50 – shipped via tracked courier (usually FedEx).
FedEx usually delivers the next working day and provides live tracking updates. -
Orders under £50 – usually shipped via Royal Mail, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Free Postage
All orders over £50.00 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information.
