In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a Muc-Off product you’ve ordered, please contact us by email at info@mottmotorcycles.co.uk or via our Contact Us page. Once we’ve responded and a return has been agreed, please return your Muc-Off purchase by post. Be sure to include a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse side of your invoice, and enclose it with the item(s) being returned.
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely and securely. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service that covers the full value of your order. Return shipping costs are not covered by us and are therefore non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part and this has been confirmed by us, we will reimburse any reasonable postage costs.
Once your return has been received, we’ll inspect and process it within 2 working days. Refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. You will receive an email update once your return has been completed.
