The customer must have purchased a genuine product of Oxford Products Ltd from an authorised reseller to receive full technical support. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc., unless otherwise stated. The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges.
