The limited warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable; namely, it applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase will therefore be required with any warranty claim and that claim is between the dealer from whom the product was purchased and the customer with whom they have a contract of sale. The customer must have purchased a genuine product of Oxford Products Ltd from an authorised reseller to receive full technical support. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries, brake pads, bulbs etc., unless otherwise stated. The liability of Oxford Products Ltd is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty and does not include refunds or cash exchanges. The warranty is void if the defect is caused by misuse; neglect and tampering or if the fitting/ use of the product is outside of the instruction/ guidelines provided by Oxford Products Ltd. It is invalidated if unauthorised persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.
