Faulty or malfunctioning OFFICIAL YAMAHA products come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty from the day of receipt. This warranty covers defective, malfunctioning or faulty parts. If you consider that the product is defective, please contact us without delay per email or in writing, presenting us with details of the product, including purchase order number, your vehicle registration number OR frame number, and its fault. We will then instruct you how to proceed. If the products are not in conformity with the contract, we will comply with the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity of goods. This means that the product should be in conformity with the reasonable expectations which you as consumer may expect from the product. It depends on the specific product what legal guarantee product you as consumer may expect.
