Delivery
Your physical Gift Voucher will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.
Free Royal Mail delivery is available on vouchers over £50.
Terms & Conditions
- Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or reissued.
- Where it can be used: Vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at Mott Motorcycles. They cannot be used online, by telephone or by email.
- What it can be used for: Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of clothing, helmets, boots, gloves, parts and accessories, including sale items.
- Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of motorcycles or payment for workshop services, servicing, repairs or MOTs.
- Single transaction: The full voucher value must be used in a single transaction. No cash or change will be given for any unused balance. We recommend using the voucher towards a purchase equal to or greater than its face value.
- Additional payment: If the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Cash: Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash redemption value.
- Previous purchases: Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases that have already been completed.
- Refunds: Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned in exchange for cash. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers: Please treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Mott Motorcycles cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without the holder's permission. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Voucher number: The original physical Gift Voucher must be presented when redeeming it. The voucher number will be checked against our records before redemption.
- Altered or fraudulent vouchers: Mott Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse any voucher that has been altered, duplicated, appears fraudulent or cannot be verified against our records.
- Terms applicable at purchase: The terms and conditions applying to a Gift Voucher are those in force when the voucher is purchased. Mott Motorcycles reserves the right to amend these terms for future purchases.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions affects or limits any statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
