Delivery
Your digital Gift Voucher will be sent to the recipient email address within 1–2 working days of purchase. Please ensure that the email is correct before proceeding to checkout. We are not responsible if the voucher has been sent to the wrong email address.
Terms & Conditions
- Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or reissued.
- Where it can be used: Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online through the Mott Motorcycles website at www.mottmotorcycles.shop. They cannot be redeemed in-store, by telephone or by email.
- What it can be used for: Gift Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of clothing, helmets, boots, gloves, parts and accessories, including sale items.
- Exclusions: Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of motorcycles or payment for workshop services, servicing, repairs or MOTs.
- Single transaction: The full value of the Gift Voucher must be used in a single transaction. No cash or change will be given for any unused balance. We recommend using the voucher towards a purchase equal to or greater than its face value.
- Additional payment: If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance may be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Cash: Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash redemption value.
- Previous purchases: Gift Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases that have already been completed.
- Refunds: Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Lost, stolen or incorrectly issued vouchers: Please treat your Gift Voucher and voucher number like cash. Mott Motorcycles cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen, accidentally deleted, sent to an incorrect email address due to incorrect customer information being provided, or used without the holder's permission. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Voucher number: The Gift Voucher number must be entered into the 'coupon / gift certificate' section at checkout to redeem the amount. The voucher number will be checked against our records before the voucher can be redeemed.
- Fraudulent or invalid vouchers: Mott Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Gift Voucher where the voucher number appears fraudulent, has been duplicated, altered or cannot be verified against our records.
- Terms applicable at purchase: The terms and conditions applying to a Gift Voucher are those in force at the time the voucher is purchased. Mott Motorcycles reserves the right to amend these terms for future Gift Voucher purchases.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions affects or limits any statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
